J.P. Mendoza’s logistics and supply chain experience includes working several years as General Manager for food delivery company DiningIn, serving the Chicagoland area. In his role as GM, J.P. was responsible for overseeing the company’s daily operations and managed the company’s operations team, drivers, restaurant operations and local sales team. J.P. played a critical role in the creation and implementation of the food delivery app, restaurant portal app, as well as a driver app for the companies’ hundreds of delivery drivers. In 2015 DiningIn was acquired by Grubhub. J.P. was instrumental in the entire process of transitioning the DiningIn brand into the nationally recognizable Grubhub brand.
Most recently, J.P. worked as a Branch Manager for world-renowned security company, Securitas. Managing over 100 security officers and their supervisors, J.P. also fostered the relationships with his clients in his multimillion-dollar portfolio. Helping build the security programs for United Airlines’ global headquarters and building out Avis Budget rental cars security program at Midway airport, J.P.’s penchant for process proved invaluable.
When J.P.’s not working, you can find him cooking, listening to live music, or spending as much time as possible with his son, daughter, and family.
